I’m a UX designer based in Dallas, TX, originally from Tegucigalpa, Honduras. My background in Customer Support gave me a deep understanding of user frustrations and the importance of creating seamless, accessible digital experiences. While researching master’s programs, I discovered UX design and knew it was the perfect way to combine empathy, problem-solving, and creativity.

I’m passionate about understanding users, their backgrounds, motivations, and pain points and designing intuitive solutions that make a real impact. My strengths include user research, interaction design, and creating experiences that feel natural and effortless.

Outside of work, I love traveling, spending time with family and friends, and diving into the world of Formula 1 and Fashion. When I have time, I enjoy reading and experimenting with new baking recipes.
